What You'll Do

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs and expectations. â€‹
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services and solutions.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and training for new clients to ensure they get the most out of our solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
