What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs and expectations. ​
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling additional services and solutions.

Facilitate smooth onboarding and training for new clients to ensure they get the most out of our solutions.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
