Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Qwibie, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, on www.qwibie.com and in Qwibie's board governance software, including app.qwibie.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Your choices on www.qwibie.com

When you first visit www.qwibie.com, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or read this policy. Until you choose, and if you reject, only essential cookies and storage are used, and the analytics and advertising tools below do not load. We remember your choice in a first-party cookie for 12 months, then ask again. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Meta and LinkedIn stay off, always, even if you accept all. PostHog analytics runs only after you explicitly accept.

Essential cookies

We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, keep sign-in sessions secure, protect against abuse, remember your cookie choice and provide core functions. These are required for authentication, security and basic operation, and they do not depend on a choice you make.

Analytics cookies (www.qwibie.com)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog, a product analytics service, to see which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked, and similar interactions. PostHog may also record how a page is used, such as clicks and scrolling. Text you type into forms is hidden. If you do not accept, PostHog does not load on www.qwibie.com. In the signed-in Service, we use PostHog to understand how features are used and to fix problems.

If you choose "Accept all", then when you click a link to our pricing page on app.qwibie.com, we add to that link the campaign tags (the utm values) from the first link that brought you to our site, if it had any, and an anonymous analytics ID. If you reject non-essential cookies, or haven't chosen yet, nothing is added.

Advertising cookies (www.qwibie.com)

If you accept advertising cookies, we use advertising measurement tools from third parties, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel. These tools tell us when people visit our site, for example after seeing one of our ads, so we can measure how our advertising performs. The provider of each tool may set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as your IP address, your browser, the page you're on and the time of your visit, and handles that information under its own privacy policy. These tools do not load unless you accept, never load in app.qwibie.com, and do not receive governance content.

Managing cookies

You can change your choice with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, including cookies set by the analytics and advertising tools above, and use your browser's or device's privacy controls to limit tracking. If you reject after accepting, we clear our own cookies and stored data, but we cannot clear cookies already set on linkedin.com or facebook.com; you can clear those in your browser or in those sites' settings. Rejecting non-essential cookies doesn't affect your access to www.qwibie.com. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features of the Service from working.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change, and will post the new version with its date.
