Directors get their own code by email and in the app, so they stay in for executive session; guests wait in a lobby, by default, until the chair admits them, and no personal phone numbers are displayed.

Steward: a live board meeting
Board conversations and announcements share one list. The announcement you haven't read stays on top, and Steward's filters show what's waiting on you, what's unread and your drafts. Steward helps you write, you choose who it goes to, and officers can see how far an announcement has reached.
Each committee has its own space. Add documents from your vault, and Steward can draft a recommendation from a committee meeting. It meets live, or reviews documents on members' own time before a set close. It sends its recommendation to the board. Members say whether they agree or have concerns: the sense of the committee, not a vote. Committees advise; the board decides.
